Participant Safety & Policies

Fieldtalk and Fieldtalk Foundation are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants, volunteers, and youth involved in our programs.

All players, volunteers, and media participants must follow Fieldtalk safety policies and agree to participation guidelines before engaging in activities.

Code of Conduct

Respect for All

Participants must treat all players, coaches, referees, volunteers, venue staff, and spectators with dignity and respect, regardless of background, skill level, or role.

Fair Play

All participants are expected to compete fairly, follow game rules, and accept referee and organizer decisions without dispute or unsportsmanlike behavior.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Verbal abuse, harassment, threats, discrimination, or physical aggression of any kind will result in immediate removal from the activity.

Accountability

Participants are responsible for their own conduct and for ensuring that guests they bring adhere to the same standards.

Enforcement

Fieldtalk reserves the right to remove any participant from leagues, pickup games, tournaments, or events for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Removal may occur without refund if the participant violates Fieldtalk policies or event rules.
