Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of specific personal data we hold about you — even without closing your account. Submit your request below and we'll handle it within 30 days.

What You Can Request to Delete

Profile information — Name, email, phone number, and account preferences

Player & participation records — Team registrations, stats, and attendance (anonymized in historical reports)

Uploaded content — Photos, videos, and media you have submitted to the platform

Parent / child registration data — Youth player profiles and linked parent contact information

Communications history — Messages, announcements, and notification preferences

How to Submit a Request

Email Your Request

Send an email to info@fieldtalkfoundation.org with the following:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Your full name and account email address
Specify which data you want deleted (e.g. "please remove my uploaded photos and phone number")
For youth player data: your relationship to the child and the child's name

Data We May Retain

Legal & financial compliance records

Donation receipts and payment records retained for up to 7 years as required by law, in anonymized form.

Anonymized aggregate data

Statistical and impact data where you are not personally identifiable.

Safety records

Minimal records retained to prevent abuse and ensure platform safety.

Processed within 30 days

We will confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when done.
